package bootchart 0.90.2-8ubuntu2 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-removal script returned error exit status 1

DESCRIPTION: A similar pattern seems to occurwhen I am upgrading using a text terminal. For instance, I was attempting to install Unebootin and p7zip-full.
