Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu MATE inside Docker with x11docker as described in https:/
2. Launch freshly created container with `x11docker --desktop ubuntu-mate:impish --sudouser --dbus --share ~/Temp --clipboard --pulseaudio --xtest --init=systemd

3. Try to launch MATE Terminal
Expected results:
* MATE Terminal starts normally as it was in Ubuntu MATE 21.04
Actual results:
