cp -a directory/example (2012) - tab comletion don't work proper. blank remains without '\'

Bug Description

When I want to copy with cp and there is a blank in my folder the tab-completion don't work proper. Instead of 'cp -a Downloads/Example\ \(Example\)' it completes to 'cp -a Downloads/Example (Example)'.
