I inserted a CD into my computer and started to play the CD with Banshee. Banshee displayed that it could not find the album information for the CD that was playing and displayed everything as Unknown, so I manually entered the name of the album, artist, title of songs, etc. I ejected the disc and later reinserted the disc, again Banshee tried to retrieve the album info and was unsuccessful. And all of the previously entered album and track info was gone and only Unknown Artist & Unknown Album appears.
