Alt tab pressed too fast causes the "Enter a Command" to pop up

Bug Description
I switch windows a lot, and if you press alt tab too quickly, then the window changes but the "Enter a command" menu pops up as if I pressed the alt key by itself. If I hold the alt key for a couple of beats before I switch windows with the tab key, this doesn't happen.
