It looks like bacula-
If mysql-server was already installed and running, this is maybe because you did not supply the correct admin password during the configuration of bacula-
Please can you try running the following commands:
sudo apt-get remove bacula-
sudo apt-get install bacula
This should remove the current part-installed bacula packages and re-start the installation. You should get prompted for the admin password of the mysql-server database.
Please update this bug if this resolved your issue.
