stacks_applet.py crashed with SIGSEGV in IA__g_cclosure_marshal_VOID__INT()

I'm using Ubuntu 9.04, Linux Kernel 2.6.28-11-generic. Upon startup, I simply expected the Avant Window Navigator to have all of my applets loaded, as usual. Instead, one of the stacks applet shutdown unexpectedly, then shortly came back on. There was a notification to issue a report, so I thought I should do so. Voila.
