Graphical deactivation does not work for avahi-daemon

Bug Description

Hi,

Avahi-daemon does not deactivate when going to System > Administration > Services then logging as sudo (to modify the services which start with Ubuntu).

It is necessary also to: gksudo gedit /etc/default/avahi-daemon and change the line
AVAHI_DAEMON_DETECT_LOCAL=1
to
AVAHI_DAEMON_DETECT_LOCAL=0

Software: Ubuntu 9.04 i386
Hardware: Laptop HP 6735b ZM80.
