Bug Description
Binary package hint: asoundconf-gtk
Dear developers,
When I installed asoundconf-gtk package and try launch, I see following error message in gnome-terminal:
hammera@
sh: /usr/bin/
You need to make sure asoundconf is active!
By default, asoundconf's configuration file is ~/.asoundrc.
and must be included in ~/.asoundrc. Open this file to make sure it is!
hammera@
This files missing default with my Lucid system, and my friend confirming this problem on Ubuntu 9.10. I think default asoundconf command removed since Karmic.
When I put my Jaunty system the /usr/bin/asoundconf Python script, asoundconf-gtk is launch correct, and I see the awailable sound cards, I sending a screen shot how can look this application when /usr/bin/asoundconf command is awailable.

What a @!@#$% up. Thank you for the script. Now it works for me. :) Do the Ubuntu people even read these bug reports? Please include this essential script again in future releases!!
