Problems with slovenian language packages

Binary package hint: apturl

I am using liveusb with Lucid Beta2 in slovenian language. The first problem is, that Ubuntu does not detect that language support is not fully installed - as it was case with 9.10 version. Even if I go to install additional language support.

However, if I mark slovenian translations to be installed manually, I got this error:
