Bug Description

Binary package hint: aptdaemon

I think i encountered this bug when trying to install "install_flash_player_10_linux.deb" which I downloaded from the official Adobe website. Attached the deb file.
My ubuntu version:

Please look at the other bug report to see if there is any missing information that you can provide, or to see if there is a workaround for the bug. Additionally, any further discussion regarding the bug should occur in the other report. Feel free to continue to report any other bugs you may find.

You can find a workaround in comment 3 of bug #702217 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/aptdaemon/+bug/702217/comments/3) to install the deb file you wanted, until the Fix gets released.
