apport-gtk keeps crashing on each login into ubuntu

apport-gtk keeps crashing on every login into ubuntu weather it is unity, unity2d or gnome-shell.

When you press Cancel, the crash dialog box just keeps on reloading with the same dialog box.

Also if you try to report the bug, nothing happens
