Bug Description
Binary package hint: apport
I created a live session USB key from the Kubuntu desktop i386 20110329.1 image, natty-desktop-
After rebooting I was unable to run "apt-get install" (bug 745452).
I tried to report the bug by running "ubuntu-bug ubiquity". After pressing the "send" button in the dialog that appeared, I got an error dialog:
Network problem - Apport KDE
(i) Cannot connect to crash database, please check your internet connection
[Errno 13] Permission denied: '/var/log/
/var/log/
I am connected to the network and can connect to launchpad.net.

It's possible to workaround this by using 'sudo ubuntu-bug ubiquity'.
