Bug Description
Binary package hint: apport
Bug 696149 is an example of the problem.
If there is a problem with the package installation process it is an Ubuntu package problem not a kernel one so no upstream testing is necessary.

[ Brian Murray ] hooks/source_ linux.py: Prevent regression-release bugs from -release' applies to the dev release and a stable release but

being tagged regression-updates. (LP: #692344). Additionally, reorder the
regression tags in likelyhood of greatest usage and clarify that

not an updated package in the stable release.
