Bug Description
[Impact]
1. When trying to send a report manually, you can not
2. When next possibly unrelated crash of same process happens, <NAME>.crash gets overwritten even when <NAME>.crash.upload exists (upload not yet completed)
3. When trying to copy-paste the stacktrace as text, UI does not have such functionality
[Test Case]
Start Ubuntu
Open terminal
$ ubuntu-bug /var/crash/
In multihomed host renderer: networkd in netplan with some of the redundant bridge members lacking physical connectivity and/or offline usb tether backup networks tend to result in perfectly functional state = "routable" network that many ubuntu GUI tools refuse to work with anyway, is apport one of them?
Similarly to bug #1825822 I attempted to
$ ubuntu-bug /var/crash/

Also https:/ /errors. ubuntu. com/user/ $(sudo cat /var/lib/ whoopsie/ whoopsie- id) claims "No errors have been reported from this system", which is consistent with no ".uploaded" files appearing.
