Bug Description

STEPS

1. Run "ubuntu-bug openssh-client"
2. Wait for the report creation process to run

ACTUAL RESULT
A weird blank dialog appears. See attachment.

EXPECTED RESULT
Normal run as usual with the browser opening a webpage for the bug reporting.
