Menus with icons flickers when opened

Bug Description
Since a recent update, some menus in qt applications have icons. These menus flicker when opened or when changing to other menu, is like they are drawn twice very quickly. The problem is not always present (or visible) and appears to be more serious the more icons are in the menu.
I attach a video showing the problem. It is noticeable when the File menu is opened the first time.
