General oversight/review of the language - inconsistent and more

I just did a walkthrough of the English PO-file for this when translating/reveiwing for Swedish. I noticed a lot of
inconsistency in the English language file which should be cleaned up ( it would be an easy thing to fix).

Example 1 - inconsistenst capital usage

Most of the sentences (98%) begins with capitals. However some don't..
