Bug Description

I tried following the instructions here:

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Touch/Install

When I get to the final "phablet-flash cdimage-touch -b" step, I get this output (see attachment).

On the Nexus 4, the phone reboots, I see the Google logo, then the screen goes black. My workstation is running Ubuntu 13.04 with all the latest updates.

Problem found: according to the instructions, in step 3, one should run "adb kill-server; adb start-server". For me, I have to run "sudo adb start-server" in order for phablet-flash to work properly.
