Bug Description
Binary package hint: anacron
Anacron's man page doesn't explain how it is determined when anacron runs. Presumably this is not documented because it's something that's set up in the distro, not as part of anacron itself, but I think there should be at least some info to help the user understand how it's intended to work. I suggest adding the following paragraph to the man page:
The operating system must be configured so that it runs anacron at appropriate times. Anacron, unlike cron, does not run as a daemon, so this configuration is external to anacron. Typically the system is configured so that anacron is run when the system starts up, and also every 24 hours at a certain time of day. The latter can be accomplished by having cron execute anacron.
