aMule won't start minimized (most of the times)

Bug Description
In a Xubuntu 12.04 desktop, and using aMule version 2.3.1, although I have the "Start minimized" option selected (and after having confirmed that it is indeed selected, as it shows an "=1" option in the amule.conf file), most of the times it won't start minimized, opening an aMule window instead, that I have to close manually.
