Amarok 2 does not have sound on nvidia hardware

Bug Description
I run a nvidia 750 sli chipset and have the latest 9.04 kubuntu 64 installed.
This chipset has a acl1200 sound devide but kunbuntu recognises it as a acl 888.
It worked with previous versions up to alpha 5 but not in beta.
