sounds does not work after suspend Lubuntu 11.10

Bug Description
dell latitude E6220. Sound does not work after suspend. sudo alsa force-reload fixes the problem, but any running application (with sound) will crash when the computer wakes up.
It seems that ALSA does not shut down the application properly before suspending.
