Internal speakers work, only having trouble with the headphone output, (I have had this problem in every distrobution I´ve tried)

Thanks for helping build a better Ubuntu. Could you run the following command in the terminal?

$ sudo apt-get install --install-recommends linux-generic-hwe-18.04 xserver-xorg-hwe-18.04

Restart your computer, and tell us if it works now.

I have not tried your suggested install, at the time I did manage to fix it using the answer shared below:
