Bug Description

Sometimes audio randomly stops working. It's happened 3 times now, and requires a restart to fix.
It seems like it happens when I put my headphones into the audio jack, but this could just be correlation, rather than causation, as I put my headphones in when I'm trying to listen to audio.

Sound doesn't work for both my headphones, and my internal speakers when this happens, and the right audio device is selected.
