alarmclock displays 2 dialog window notifications instead of 1

Bug Description

This seems to only happen to the top alarm in the alarm list. To reproduce: create a new alarm 1 minute into the future. Select Dialog Window as the only notification type. When the alarm is triggered, two dialog windows will popup instead of one. I expected only 1 dialog to popup.

Using Ubuntu 12.10 x64.
