lubuntu i can' move down the item only move up

in lubuntu 11.04 and 11.10 beta.
when i use alacarte i can only move up. when i use the buttom "move down" don't work.

when i deselection a item to remove from main menu that remain .
i can only remove. if the item is repeated in many "main menu" with this command i remove all item that share a same name.
