alacarte can not create Wine-submenu anymore

Bug Description

At least, on the newest Ubuntu (14.04) and newest alacarte (3.10.x) versions, all the Wine-shortcuts will appear to "All Applications" -menu, but not in the Wine-submenu after running Wine shortcuts rebuild command:

export WINEPREFIX=~/.wine; find $WINEPREFIX/drive_c/ -name "*.lnk" -exec wine winemenubuilder '{}' \;

This was not an issue with Ubuntu 12.04 and older alacarte.
