after upgrade from 14.04 to 16.04 the akonadi open-xchange resource doesn't synchronise

Bug Description

After the upgrade from kubuntu 14.04 to 16.04, the akonadi open-xchange resource doesn't synchronise calender and contacts. It's happen on my desktop pc and also on my notebook. I did remove the open-xchange resource and tried to add them again. Effect,
1.) I cannot find any open-xchange resource after them at contact or calender module
2.) At the akonadiconsole, I can see at the agents tab the open-xchange agent, but at the browser tab, cannot find anything from open-xchange.
