Since this happens in both Firefox and Google Chrome I suspect it is a flash issue and I have marked it as such. Could you explain in detail what you mean by nothing happens, such as a box shows up, the play button doesn't work, etc. If you could provide screen shots to help explain it would help us to resolve your problem.
