When maximized, abiword's vertical scrollbar doesn't reach the side of the screen

Bug Description
Most apps properly put their vertical scrollbars all the way on the edge of the screen when maximized, ahdering to fitt's law. As it stands, when Abiword is maximized, there's a column of pixels that are completely insensitive on the right edge of the screen, which is just wasteful of that very valuable real estate.
