Bug Description
1. Start upgrade process
2. After first package touching kernel or bootloader, the session indicator applet turns red and says the restart is required, although configuring of the packages isn't finished.
If user follows computer's demand, user is left with broken system, which may or may not boot, but definitely needs apt-get -f install
