Bug Description
Most operating systems these days have a Graphic equalizer, and many have complained about Ubuntu's lack of one.
on Ubuntu forums, they solved it as a package was made containing an equalizer:

I think it should be added to keep Ubuntu in check with every thing else out there.
It works flawlessly on all my computers, both x86 and x64
I attached the file for your convenience.
