Bug Description

http://mediacoder.sf.net
MediaCoder video/audio converter/transcoder. works with pretty much every format,
including flash(swf). uses an annoying web front-end interface that you can ignore
(except during setup) - you simply click on its System Tray icon in the lower-right hand
corner of the screen. requires linux with WINE and (I think) a javascript-enabled browser (firefox).

it is an unusual license, not GPL or BSD or MIT.
it might leave some questions about distribution.

Does this distribution package such things that require wine to run? I can't think of another package like this.
