[needs-packaging] Enterprise Audit Shell

This is a useful-looking shell designed for auditing un-trusted users with shell access. Documented here:

Unfortunately, the Sourceforge and Freshmeat projects appear to have disappeared. However, it is licensed under the "Open Software License", version 2.0. So it should be possible to package it even though it's no longer "officially" available. I was able to download a source RPM from here:
