Since upgrade from Ubuntu 22 to 23, the WLAN hotspot does not yet work again -
neither using in-kernel nor the https:/

About this bug, one can find several solution trials on the internet. None of the one I tried worked.
It seems to be the one described in:

But, I am not totally sure.
Version infos:
Distribution "Ubuntu 23.04 (lunar)" .
wlan chipset is rtl8821cu .
kernel version is 6.2.0-32-generic .
gcc version 12.3.0 (Ubuntu 12.3.0-
