Bug Description
When looking at the current day's UV index, it is always 0. For the past few days, the app has been predicting a UV index of 6, and the weather has been bright sunshine, but on the day, it always says 0, which is clearly wrong.

Does this still occur? Testing on my device I'm able to get UV indexes of 0, 1, 3. Also does this happen for all locations or just one? If this does still occur can you attach a weather app log from /home/phablet/
Due to requiring additional information, I am going to mark this bug as incomplete for now.
