The use of N, E, S, W, etc is ubiquitous in weather services to the degree that it should not be overly ambiguous (The Weather Channel, BBC Weather, Accuweather, etc) and appears clearer in the updated design for the Weather App). The introduction of a directional arrow in addition to the text could be nice visual refinement. Will pass along to Visual Design for their input. | |
