Clicking on the notification about internal storage opens External Drives app

Bug Description
bq e4.5 OTA-12
After downloading lots of podcasts I got the notification 'Low on disk space'. It said 'Only 4% is available on the internal storage device'. I tapped on it and the app 'External Drives' started. The app has a header 'SD Card Management' and it allows me to 'Format' or 'Safely Remove' my SD card. I don't think it has any influence on the internal storage.

It would be better to show the storage page in system settings even though there is no control there to free storage
