Bug Description
Having a look at the design of the empty state in several core apps, I found we don't have a unique design.
In particular I found 5 different versions:
1) clock-app - used by docviewer, calculator
2) dekko - similar to clock-app, but bigger image
3) messages-app - smaller image, bigger text
4) dialer-app - just text
5) music-app
6) system-settings - Updates - only text "Software is up to date" is displayed: https:/
Currently, docviewer - which uses the design 1) - shows an empty state when no document is available. For the same situation, music-app uses a different design.
Since clock-app design has been released in Sep '14, and music-app design in Jan '15, which design should we follow?
Below I've attached some screenshot.
