[weather] Details such as chance of rain and humidity are available for all days but today

The designs and implementation for the current redesign of the weather app do not make the details of today's forecast available to the user. If these details are seen as useful for future days, certainly they should be useful for the current day.

This needs UX review, but the section for "Today" could also be expandable to show the day's details. Or perhaps this should be visible when the user taps the weather graphic to show the hourly forecast.

I agree the most logical place to do this is in the 'today' section, as we do with other items in the list below/other days of the week.
