Bug Description

It should show different icons for self-signed/failed to verify, verified
standard and verified EV certificates.

(copied from https://lists.launchpad.net/ubuntu-phone/msg13087.html )

E.g. https://bugs.launchpad.net could be a green lock icon instead of the grey one.

These days we will prompt if a page fails to verify and we allow to proceed. Not giving a visual cue that the page didn't verify (even after the user said it wasa ok to go there) is arguably a security issue.
