Tab overview gives no clues on how many tabs are opened

Bug Description

On vivid, bottom edge to reveal the tabs page.
With many tabs opened, tabs are completely covered by some other tabs, you don't see you have other tabs opened unless you force keep scrolling up or down.
Differently on the app spread in the shell, for example, you see in the carousel you have more content on your right/left.

This is the same issue as https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-ux/+bug/1437006 there is already a design being implemented to show how many tabs are open
