Bug Description
When dialler is first time started, it asks which SIM to use as default.
If one SIM is selected, then user goes to settings application and changes settings to "Always ask" next time dialler is started, it asks again which SIM to use as default.
But user already made decision and set settings to "Always ask" so dialler should no more query user for same thing.

If user set a default SIM card via System Settings, the dialer app shouldn't ask the same question again.
