[Music app] player mode: when play controls are shown, put current playing item at top of page

Bug Description
Currently, when tapping an album at the bottom of the queue, the album art becomes big but the queue stays in its current position, making part of the album art invisible.

Desired solution
When the user taps another song in the queue or presses next, play control toolbar should reveal if it wasn't already open and the album should be at the top of the screen. See mock up in https:/

This appears to have resolved itself somewhere along the line, I'll continue monitoring it to make sure it is actually fixed.
