Bug Description

The form for adding a new source: http://ubuntu-tweak.com/source/+add/

^^^ not documented. I had a hard time figuring out what information should be entered in each field.

Suggested solution:

Under each form field, provide an example of what the value might look like.

Hi Tualatrix, I also find the fields almost tech-jargon-ish. And I agree with Ilya, perhaps a little more information like examples would do.
