Bug Description
After a report from a user, and looking at the code, it seems that the <email address hidden> file is missing:
http://
The translation for the Catalan (Valencian) variant (ca@valencia) is complete in Launchpad, and has been for a while. It should be correctly exported, so I'm wondering if it gets discarded by a script that fetches the translations, or something like that?

It's currently disabled in localechooser upstream because, presumably, that translation isn't sufficiently complete in d-i. As such, there's no point importing that translation into ubiquity because it won't be used. Somebody needs to work with d-i upstream to get that translation sorted out there.
