Translations: please remove the ../example/ and ../examples/ tree from the package

Bug Description
When scanning the import queue in Launchpad Rosetta for issues that need manual intervention, I found the following issue with the boost1.38 (and also 1.37) package, which prevents a smooth import into Launchpad Rosetta and causes the Ubuntu Translation Coordinators to manually adjust or remove .po files.
Please remove all the example/ and examples/ tree, as translating that stuff is completly useless and translation templates don't get created anyways. Those tree are under debian/ and tools/ with different paths.
