Bug Description
Version: Gutsy Gibbon
Cannot select Scots as main language.
I have translated a lot of this language however, I can't actually select it within the language selector. Please do not confuse Scots Gaelic with Scots - they are completely different languages. It is possible to select Scots Gaelic (which is more correctly referred to as Scottish Gaelic) but not Scots.

Are you talking about the language code 'sco'? /wiki.ubuntu. com/Translation s/KnowledgeBase /AddingNewLangu age for information on how to create a locale.
If so, there is no locale available, so we cannot generate language-packs for that language and you cannot use the translations.
Please see https:/
Once this is done, please submit the locale to upstream and also attach it to this bug report.
Thanks.
