1.Open weather app
2.Open settings > Data provider
3.Tap on the drop down menu button
Expectation：
All the content should be translated into Chinese
Actual result:
You will see "The weather channel / Open weather map" not translated

I can confirm these are not translated, seems it would be pretty simple to translate the UI strings [0] without affecting the backend.
